We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We also do not currently use analytics cookies or marketing pixels on this website.
Requests you can make
Depending on where you live and which privacy laws apply, you may be able to request that we:
- Confirm whether we process personal information about you.
- Provide access to personal information we maintain about you.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Delete personal information, subject to legal and contractual retention obligations.
- Provide a portable copy of personal information where required.
- Limit or object to certain processing activities.

How to submit a request
You can submit a privacy request using any of these methods:
- Email: signal@polarcircuit.com
- Phone: +1 (571) 583-5393
- Mail: POLAR CIRCUIT LLC, 610 Marion St, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA
Please include your name, email address, the right you want to exercise, and enough context for us to locate the relevant records. Do not send sensitive personal information unless we specifically request it for verification.
Verification and timing
We may verify your identity before completing a request. For example, we may ask you to confirm control of the email address used in prior correspondence, identify a project or engagement, or provide other information reasonably matched to our records.
We aim to respond to verified requests within 30 days where GDPR or similar laws apply and within 45 days where U.S. state privacy laws use that response period. If we need more time, we will explain why.
No discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights. That means we will not deny service, charge different prices, or provide a different level of service solely because you made a valid privacy request.
Sensitive personal information
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information through this public website. If a client engagement requires access to sensitive or regulated information, those obligations must be addressed in the applicable Statement of Work and data-processing terms before work begins.
